Can I freeze it? Yes, salmon should be kept refrigerated and well wrapped to avoid tainting If you do not require it immediately smoked salmon will freeze extremely well and keep for several months.
Can I send it as a gift? Smoked Salmon makes the ideal gift for Christmas, Birthdays, Mothers Day, or a Wedding Meal. Your complimentary slip or card can be enclosed. Alternatively, we can put the message of your choice inside the packs for you and ship to anywhere in the UK.
Do you supply wild smoked salmon? Yes we can supply Scottish, Alaskan, and Irish wild smoked salmon (seasonal availability).
Do you dispatch to the USA? Sorry we presently cannot accept orders for the USA due to FDA regulations; we will advise you if this changes.
How much do I need? The usual portion is about 55g(2oz) for a starter and twice as much for a main course (110g or 4oz). When ordering unsliced salmon remember to allow for the skin.
Do you eat Salmon? Growing up in the Sutherland family I have developed a great love of salmon and often have it - partly due to its taste and health benefits -with all that Omega 3 oil.
