The jurisdiction of this agreement is under Scottish Law. This agreement does not override your statutory legal rights.

Orders:
Online orders will be payable by cheque in Sterling or by credit card or switch card. Card details will be entered through our secure shopping cart and processed through a manual swipe system. We will email you to confirm your order. We will email you should payment be refused or card details are incorrect to inform you that the order has been cancelled. We will ship your order within 30 days. Your order will be shipped by your selected method and by the most appropriate way for your location. Please note that the Supplier does not deliver directly and shipment and delivery is contracted out to other suppliers. The Supplier cannot guarantee the contracted-out delivery service. Although United Kingdom VAT is not currently applicable to the products provided on this website, some countries may apply duties, and this cost may be applied by the contracted delivery service or charged directly by that country.

Returns and Complaints:
The Customer should contact us immediately should a product not meet the high standards expected. This should be within the Use-By date of the product. We will respond to any complaints within 48 hours (excluding UK public holidays). We will refund the selling price of the product by crediting the original purchase card or by cheque if appropriate.
